The traditional Italian-American Christmas Eve meal called the “Feast of Seven Fishes” is featured at RockSalt Charlotte this month. Chef Jim Diecchio created his version of a Feast of Seven Fishes featuring an Antipasti course, tuna tartar, grilled octopus and scallops. These dishes combined with a dessert course of buttermilk panna cotta made with Bill’s Panettone make up the special 5-course menu. The regular dinner menu will be available all other nights except Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. For Christmas Eve, you can choose from an abbreviated dinner menu or the Feast of Seven Fishes menu. Seating available between 4pm-8pm. See the full menu here.
